Rates:
October to May $200/night Sunday thru Thursday, $250/night Friday and Saturday. $1300/week
June to September $240/night Sunday thru Thursday, $290/night Friday and Saturday. $1540/week
October to May: 2 night minimum
June to September: 3 night minimum
Holidays: $1650 per week.
Cleaning fee: $100.
Pet charge: $10/night
Security Deposit: We request a $100 refundable security deposit that will be returned to you within two weeks after your stay.
Payment Process: Please pay the first half of the total amount due when you make your reservation. The second half is due one month prior to arrival. When we have received your final payment, we'll send you directions to the house, lockbox code and other important details. We accept checks and credit cards via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: It's OK to cancel with up to one month notice. Forfeit half with less than a month and all with less than two weeks notice.
No smoking on the property please.
